abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of an ether-based polyquaternary ammonium salt-based dispersant for wet grinding of water-quenched slag. The polyether macromonomer and water are added into a reaction kettle and stirred; and hydrogen peroxide and persulfuric acid are added at 5-25° C. Ammonium; after adding 5min, start adding the initiator dropwise, start adding the small monomer solution dropwise within 10min, the dropwise addition time of the small monomer solution is a hour, and the dropwise addition time of the initiator is a+0.5 hour; the initiator is mercaptoethanol , sodium sulfoxylate formaldehyde and water, the small monomer solution is composed of quaternary ammonium salt cationic monomer, acrylamide, silane coupling agent containing double bond and water; after the dropwise addition, sodium hypophosphite monohydrate is added to cure b hour, when the temperature of the reaction solution is lower than 30°C, add liquid caustic soda, add water, and stir evenly to obtain the finished dispersant. The dispersant prepared by the invention has the advantages of improving the grinding efficiency, reducing the viscosity, significantly improving the fluidity of the wet grinding ore powder after wet grinding, and reducing the moisture content of the finished wet grinding ore powder after the wet grinding. |
