Firstly synthesizing an acrylate monomer A containing a latent mercapto group and an acrylate monomer B containing a norbornene double-bond group, and then thermally initiating a free radical copolymerization reaction between the synthesized acrylate monomers A and B and a polymerizable photoinitiator, methyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate according to a certain feed ratio to obtain ultraviolet self-crosslinking polyacrylate; the potential sulfydryl structure and double bonds are connected into the side chain of the polyacrylate, sulfydryl is generated under the irradiation of ultraviolet light, and sulfydryl light click reaction is generated at the same time to realize crosslinking, so that the problem that a system with sulfydryl and olefin double bonds is unstable in the storage process can be solved, and the prepared ultraviolet light self-crosslinking polyacrylate has a wide application prospect in the aspects of photocuring paint, photocuring adhesive, photoresist, printing plates, electronic industry and the like. |
