abstract | A synthetic method of dimethoxy dibenzosuberene comprises the following steps: 1) mixing dibenzocycloheptenone and a solvent, introducing protective gas, stirring, adding lithium salt in batches within 30-50 min, and stirring for 20-40 min after adding; heating the system to 70-100 ℃, pressurizing to 2-4 atmospheric pressures, adding methyl ester to react for 4-6 h, heating the system to 120-150 ℃, pressurizing to 6-8 atmospheric pressures, and continuing to react for 8-13 h; 2) after the reaction, the system is cooled, ethyl acetate is added for filtration, and after the filtrate is dried by anhydrous sodium sulfate, the solvent is evaporated to dryness to obtain the product. The dibenzocycloheptenone can directly react with methyl ester to generate a target product under the conditions of lithium salt catalysis, heating and pressurization. |
