titleOfInvention | Process method for preparing microbial fertilizer from alcohol waste liquid |
abstract | The invention discloses a process method for preparing a microbial fertilizer by using alcohol waste liquid, which comprises the following steps: preparing a culture medium, sterilizing the culture medium, inoculating microbial strains, fermenting, and producing to obtain a microbial agent; adding livestock and poultry manure, crop straws, sawdust, alcohol waste liquid, furfural residues, ammonium humate, water, plant ash and a fertilizer starter into a stirring tank, stirring and mixing uniformly, and performing composting fermentation; turning the compost; and (3) after-ripening the fermented raw materials, adding a microbial agent and trace elements, crushing, mixing, adding an adhesive, and granulating to obtain the fertilizer. The method provided by the invention is simple, is easy to process and produce in mass, uses the alcohol waste liquid for preparing the microbial fertilizer, changes the fertilizer into treasure, reduces the production cost, contains a large amount of beneficial microorganisms, has high effective viable count, is easy to store and apply, can provide nutrients required by the growth of crops, has good soil remediation capability, and is worthy of popularization. |
