titleOfInvention High-strength polyvinylidene fluoride porous membrane and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention provides a high-strength polyvinylidene fluoride porous membrane, wherein the surface and the section of the porous membrane have micron-sized pore structures, the pore structure of the section of the porous membrane is cellular and the cellular pores are uniformly distributed on the section of the porous membrane pores, the crystallinity of the porous membrane is 30-39%, the thickness of the porous membrane is 25-60 mu m, the porosity is 64-88%, and the tensile breaking stress is 2.0-4.5 MPa. The invention also provides a preparation method of the polyvinylidene fluoride porous membrane, which comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving polyvinylidene fluoride dry powder in N-methyl pyrrolidone at 45-65 ℃ to form uniform membrane casting solution; (2) preparing the degassed casting film liquid into a continuous and uniform liquid film, immediately standing the casting film flat plate carrying the liquid film for 0.5-20 min under the conditions of constant temperature and constant humidity of 45-65 ℃ and relative humidity of 60-80%, then putting the casting film flat plate carrying the liquid film into water at room temperature to be soaked until the liquid film is completely solidified, washing the solidified film in the water, and drying the washed film to obtain the membrane.
