abstract | The invention discloses an application of a dendrobium huoshanense extract in improving blood lipid metabolism disorder, in particular to an application of the dendrobium huoshanense extract in preparing a medicament for improving blood lipid metabolism disorder, wherein the medicament is used for relieving the condition of diabetes; obtaining the dendrobium huoshanense extract: (1) slicing herba Dendrobii, oven drying, and grinding into powder; decoloring with ethanol, and extracting with water; precipitating alcohol overnight; drying by distillation; (2) deproteinizing, dialyzing, and freeze-drying; (3) separating and purifying, collecting eluate, concentrating, and filtering. The invention has the advantages that: the dendrobium huoshanense extract regulates and controls the utilization and the destination of lipid by up-regulating apolipoprotein L, apolipoprotein CIII, lipid transporter and ABC transporter-1, and simultaneously up-regulates a low-density lipoprotein receptor and beta-lactoglobulin to improve the blood fat level and reduce the symptoms of diabetes and hyperlipidemia; can regulate lipid metabolism disorder by influencing the expression of fatty acid carboxylase and fatty acid desaturase, and control obesity caused by excessive fat accumulation. |
