The invention belongs to the technical field of catalyst preparation, and particularly discloses a catalyst for preparing light aromatic hydrocarbon by directly converting synthesis gas and a preparation method thereof. The invention firstly utilizes a hydrothermal-coprecipitation method to prepare a solid solution material containing cerium, zirconium and other modified metals, then utilizes wet ball milling to uniformly mix the solid solution material and a silicon-aluminum solid acid material containing a hierarchical pore structure, and then the catalyst is prepared after filtration, drying and roasting. The catalyst is directly used in the conversion process of synthesis gas, and light aromatic hydrocarbon can be directly prepared under the conditions that the molar ratio of CO to hydrogen is 1 (0.5-4.0), the reaction pressure is 0.5-4.0MPa, and the reaction temperature is 250-500 ℃. The composite catalyst has the advantages of simple preparation method, uniform solid solution structure, uniform distribution of metal elements, uniform mixing with solid acid, high activity and high light arene selectivity in the conversion process of synthesis gas, and good industrial application prospect. |
