titleOfInvention | Composite adsorbent and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a composite adsorbent and a preparation method thereof. The composite adsorbent is formed by mixing chitosan cross-linked adsorbent and andrographis paniculata herb residue fermentation product according to the weight ratio of 2-3: 1; the chitosan crosslinking adsorbent is obtained by reacting ammonium ferrous sulfate with chitosan; the andrographis paniculata dreg fermentation product is obtained by fermenting the andrographis paniculata dreg culture medium with the second-level seeds of bacillus subtilis. The preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively preparing the chitosan cross-linked adsorbent and the andrographis paniculata dreg fermentation product, and then mixing the chitosan cross-linked adsorbent and the andrographis paniculata dreg fermentation product in proportion to obtain the composite adsorbent. The composite adsorbent has good adsorption effect on heavy metals of lead, cadmium and copper in the production process of the traditional Chinese medicine, has high retention effect on the effective components of the traditional Chinese medicine, and has important significance for improving the quality of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation and treating heavy metal ion pollution. |
