titleOfInvention | A kind of nanofiber material for uranium extraction from seawater and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a nanofiber material for uranium extraction from sea water, which comprises the following steps: amidoximation of polyacrylonitrile to obtain amidoximated polyacrylonitrile; The polyacrylonitrile solution is blown and drawn into nanofibers, and then collected by a receiving device; the solution concentration of amidoximated polyacrylonitrile is 5wt%-20wt%. The preparation method provided by the invention has the advantages of mild conditions, simple process and low cost, overcomes the problems of serious shrinkage and brittleness of the fibers caused by the preparation of polyacrylonitrile fibers first and then amidoxime modification, and overcomes the problems in the melt-blown process. The complex high-temperature melting heating component and its high energy consumption defect overcome the defect that the high-voltage electric field component and its parameters are difficult to control in the electrospinning process. It is not limited by the collection device and is easy to scale production. By controlling the solution concentration and process parameters, increasing its specific surface area, increasing adsorption sites and diffusion rate, a highly adsorbable seawater-extracted uranium nanofiber material is obtained. |
