abstract |
The invention relates to the technical field of virus detection methods, in particular to a rapid detection method of LAMP method for infectious laryngotracheitis virus. The detection method comprises the following detection steps: a) preparation of DNA template; b) design of reaction primers; c) LAMP reaction; d) Reaction result test: Use a real-time turbidimeter to draw the turbidity of the LAMP reaction mixture into a curve to judge whether the reaction is positive or negative. Calcein is a metal ion indicator, which is determined according to the change of magnesium ions in the reaction solution. Shows different colors, orange when negative and green when positive. The invention provides a rapid detection method of LAMP method for infectious laryngotracheitis virus. By using the LAMP method for rapid detection of infectious laryngotracheitis virus, the experiment found that the LAMP method can successfully detect the total concentration of 0.06pg/μl DNA and is specific only for infectious laryngotracheitis virus target genes. |
