titleOfInvention | Method for effectively producing vitamin K2 by improving cell membrane permeability |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for effectively producing vitamin K2 by improving cell membrane permeability, which comprises the following steps: (1) inoculating a vitamin K2 production strain into a slant culture medium for activation; (2) inoculating the activated strain into a seed culture medium added with a non-ionic surfactant for culture; (3) continuously inoculating the obtained culture solution into a seed culture medium added with a non-ionic surfactant for culture; (4) inoculating the culture solution into a fermentation culture medium, culturing at 100-700rpm at 0.5-5vvm for 144-240 h; when the fermentation time is 0-72h, adding a nonionic surfactant, performing insertion low-power ultrasonic treatment at intervals, and sampling at regular time to detect the cell and vitamin K2 concentrations. The invention has the advantages that: provides a simple, effective and economic fermentation process, effectively improves the concentration of vitamin K2, improves the production efficiency and reduces the production cost. |
