abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of safe and environment-friendly biogas, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) pre-fermenting raw materials, namely adding the raw materials into water with the mass of 20-30 times of that of the raw materials, and adding a mixed microbial inoculum for aerobic and anaerobic fermentation; (2) fermenting in a methane tank at the three fermentation temperatures of 28-32 deg.C, 43-47 deg.C and 55-60 deg.C; (3) filtering, and primarily purifying the methane by using a hydrochloric acid solution and a copper sulfate solution; (4) and (4) oxidizing and purifying, namely filtering the biogas by using a drying filtering agent and an oxidizing filtering agent in the U-shaped pipe respectively to obtain purified biogas. The biogas prepared by the method has high gas production rate, high gas production speed, safety, environmental protection and high heat quantity generated by burning the biogas in unit volume. |
