abstract | The present invention relates to 6,7-dihydropyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrazin-4(5H)-one compounds. The present invention relates to novel compounds of formula (I) that are negative allosteric modulators (NAMs) of metabotropic glutamate receptor subtype 2 ("mGluR2"). 6,7-Dihydropyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrazin-4(5H)-one derivatives. The invention is also directed to pharmaceutical compositions comprising such compounds, to methods for preparing such compounds and compositions, and to such compounds and compositions for use in the prevention or treatment of mGluR2 subtypes in which metabotropic receptors are involved use of barriers. |
