titleOfInvention | Targeting PEG modified gold nanorod and AlpcS4 coupled conjugate, preparation and application thereof, and anti-tumor composition |
abstract | The invention provides a targeted PEG modified gold nanorod and AlpcS4 coupled conjugate, and a preparation method, application and anti-tumor composition thereof, wherein the targeted PEG modified gold nanorod is an AlPcS4 gold nanorod with a surface modified by HS-PEG-COOH, and carboxyl of the HS-PEG-COOH is connected with polypeptide or targeted short peptide through amido bond; AlPcS4 is electrostatically adsorbed on the surface of the gold nanorod; the surface plasma resonance peak of the PEG-modified gold nanorod is 750-850 nm. The conjugate can improve the drug delivery efficiency of AlPcS4 by virtue of the passive targeting capability of the gold nanorods or the active targeting capability of target molecules, and solves the problems of low drug delivery efficiency, limited photodynamic effect and limited selectivity and enrichment capability on tumor tissues of AlPcS 4. |
