titleOfInvention | Liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry detection method for 7 steroid hormones in dried blood spots |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of blood detection, and particularly relates to a liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry detection method of 7 steroid hormones in dry blood spots, wherein the 7 steroid hormones are respectively as follows: 17-hydroxyprogesterone, androstenedione, dihydrotestosterone, progesterone, cortisol, 11-deoxycortisone, and aldosterone. The method comprises the steps of detecting the 7 steroid hormones in the pretreated dry blood spots, performing ultrasonic extraction on a sample through methanol to precipitate protein, filtering and purifying after extraction, performing gradient separation on the sample through a C18 chromatographic column by taking methanol and water as mobile phases, ionizing a target compound in an electrospray positive ion mode and an electrospray negative ion mode, and analyzing by adopting a multi-reaction monitoring scanning mode and an internal standard quantitative method. The method has the advantages of high sensitivity, strong specificity, good accuracy, short analysis time and high precision and the standard recovery rate meeting the detection requirements. |
