abstract The invention discloses an aerobic active marine bacterium and a preparation method of a decolorizing flocculant thereof. An aerobically active marine bacterium is prepared from the mud spit of Ruditapes philippinarum cultured in the seawater culture farm at Zhongjiang Zhoushan of China through separating, screening and identifying it as pseudoalteromonas (pseudoalteromonas) Pseudoalteromonas sp.). The beneficial effects are that: the prepared decolorizing flocculant has good decolorizing effect, and the flocculation rate on kaolin reaches over 90 percent; the decoloring agent has higher activity on high-concentration wastewater, and the decoloring rates on methylene blue, malachite green and crystal violet reach more than 92%, more than 99% and more than 98%; has no potential toxicity to organism, and is green and healthy.
