titleOfInvention | Carbon forming agent based on tripiperazine-triazine and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a charring agent based on a tripiperazine-triazine structure and a preparation method thereof, wherein the general formula of the charring agent based on the tripiperazine-triazine structure is shown in figure 1, wherein B is the tripiperazine-triazine, and A is a prepolymer with a certain polymerization degree, which is obtained by using diacid chloride and diamine. The method comprises the following steps: first, three chlorines on cyanuric chloride are substituted with piperazine to obtain tripiperazine-triazine (B3); secondly, preparing a prepolymer (A2) with a certain degree of polymerization by reacting diacid chloride with diamine; thirdly, the two are polymerized to form the triazine ring-containing macromolecular charring agent with a network structure. The invention has the advantages of wide raw material source, low price and easy obtainment, simple and easy polymerization process, mild and controllable conditions when a network structure is formed, low chlorine residue, high char formation amount and foaming capability of the product, and can be used as an intumescent flame retardant or a char forming agent of a non-char forming polymer. |
