The modified silica gel carrier comprises a reaction product of the following components: silica gel, manganese chloride and alkyl aluminoxane, wherein the alkyl aluminoxane has a general formula: wherein R is selected from C 1 ~C 12 Alkyl groups of (a); a is an integer of 4 to 30, preferably an integer of 10 to 30. The preparation method of the modified silica gel carrier is simple, and the prepared catalyst has good particle shape; in addition, the supported metallocene catalyst has wide applicability in olefin polymerization process, high polymerization activity, high bulk density of the obtained polymer and basically unchanged molecular weight and distribution of the polymer. |
