titleOfInvention | Near infrared spectrum analysis method for identifying quality of gardenia jasminoides ellis |
abstract | The invention discloses a near infrared spectrum analysis method for identifying the quality of gardenia. The method comprises the following steps: s1, collecting a sample, screening quality and collecting spectral data; s2, determining a characteristic spectrum: removing the influence of the temperature and the humidity of the gardenia and the water content of the sample, preliminarily determining a modeling range, analyzing the preliminarily determined modeling range respectively or in combination, and determining a characteristic spectrum; s3, establishing a qualitative identification model: selecting suitable threshold ranges of different processed product groups within the range of the characteristic spectrum, and establishing a near-infrared qualitative identification model of the gardenia quality; s4, verifying the model; and S5, identifying unknown samples. The method establishes a qualitative identification model of the gardenia quality by using a near infrared analysis method for the first time to objectively evaluate the gardenia quality, and compared with the traditional experience identification, the method is simple, rapid, objective, quantifiable and digital to evaluate the quality of the traditional Chinese medicine. The invention provides a new identification method for the evaluation of the quality of gardenia and provides a scientific basis for the quality supervision of processed gardenia products in the market. |
