abstract The invention provides a kind of method that uvioresistant silk fabric is prepared using the molten state calcium nitrate tetrahydrate aqueous solution, this method comprises the following steps:(1)The preparation of molten state calcium nitrate tetrahydrate:Anhydrous nitric acid calcium is added in distilled water, forms more than 65% concentrated solution;(2)The preparation of lysate:Zinc oxide nano-particle is added in the molten state calcium nitrate tetrahydrate aqueous solution, is stirred vigorously down and obtains the lysate for being dispersed with zinc oxide nano-particle;(3)By silk fabric in step(2)Repeatedly padded in the lysate of gained;(4)Silk fabric after padding is heated under hot blast;(5)Silk fabric after heating is impregnated in ethanol solution and solidified, then washes, dry.This technology of preparing is simple and easy, and cost is cheap, small to the strength damage of silk fabric, does not change silk fiber surface property, and zinc oxide nano-particle has good fastness on silk fabric;Any adhesive is not used in this preparation process, it is nontoxic.
