The experimental results prove that: through agrobacterium-mediated kiwi genetic transformation, the kiwi gene AcPDS editing vector based on CRISPR-Cas9 successfully performs site-directed mutagenesis on two target points of the kiwi gene AcPDS, and simultaneously causes a albino phenotype.
