titleOfInvention | Method for modifying surface of ceramic powder |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for modifying the surface of ceramic powder, belonging to the technical field of inorganic material modification. The method comprises the following steps: s1: dispersing ceramic powder in a first solvent to fully soak the ceramic powder to obtain ceramic powder dispersion liquid; s2: adding a dispersant into a second solvent, and shearing and stirring at a high speed to obtain an emulsion; s1 and S2 can be performed alternatively or simultaneously; s3: adding the uniformly dispersed emulsion into the ceramic powder dispersion liquid and continuously stirring to obtain a ceramic powder solution with uniformly dispersed ceramic powder; s4: putting the ceramic powder solution into an oven for drying to obtain surface-modified ceramic powder; wherein: the grain diameter of the ceramic powder is 30nm-10 um. By the method, the surface modification is carried out on the ceramic powder, so that the powder is not easy to agglomerate and can be uniformly dispersed in the solvent, and the technical problem that the effect is poor when the surface modifier is directly added is solved. |
