titleOfInvention Preparation method of vitamin A intermediate
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of a vitamin A intermediate, which comprises the following reaction steps: adding inorganic acid and a solvent into a reaction container, uniformly dispersing, adding a phase transfer catalyst, and stirring to completely dissolve the phase transfer catalyst; carrying out primary cooling, and adding a formaldehyde solution and isoprene into the reaction vessel after the temperature is reduced to a first preset temperature; then, carrying out secondary cooling, after the temperature is reduced to a second preset temperature, dropwise adding a sodium chlorite aqueous solution into the system, controlling the temperature at a third preset temperature, and after dropwise adding is finished, carrying out heat preservation reaction at a fourth preset temperature; an extraction drying step: heating the reaction container to room temperature, standing to separate out an organic phase after the solid in the reaction container is completely dissolved, continuously extracting the water phase by using an organic solvent, combining the organic phases, drying, taking the organic phase, and distilling to remove the organic solvent to obtain the C5 chlorohydrin concentrate. The method has the characteristics of easily obtained raw materials, low cost, simple process route, mild reaction conditions and easy realization.
