The preparation method of the nano antibacterial material is characterized by comprising the following steps: cleaning the silicon wafer, removing an oxide layer on the surface of the silicon wafer, and forming a needle-like nano structure capable of puncturing cell walls of bacteria on the surface of the silicon wafer through metal-assisted chemical etching. The invention prepares the silicon chip with special surface appearance by metal auxiliary chemical etching, and the surface of the silicon chip forms a needle-tip-shaped nano structure with the size close to that of bacterial cells. The nano structure can puncture the cell wall of bacteria and has higher bactericidal effect. |
