titleOfInvention Preparation method of skin adhesion type nano silver ion antibacterial dressing
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of a skin adhesion type nano silver ion antibacterial dressing, which comprises the steps of mixing chloroform and ethanol which are pure solvents according to the volume ratio of 1-3: 1 to serve as solvents, and dissolving polylactic acid and polyethylene glycol with the mass concentration of 8-20% and the volume ratio of 1-4: 1; adding the obtained mixed solution into an electrostatic spinning device to prepare the dressing, sterilizing the received dressing by using a sterilization method, taking out and drying the dressing; and soaking the dried dressing in a silver nitrate solution with mass concentration, taking out and drying to obtain the skin-adhesive nano silver ion antibacterial dressing. The medical dressing has the advantages that the medical dressing is comfortable to use, does not need pressure-sensitive adhesive for fixation, and can solve the problems of poor air permeability, poor adhesion, low fitting degree, wound adhesion, bacteria isolation and bacteria resistance of the traditional medical dressing; meanwhile, the patch does not affect skin movement and sweating in use, is light, thin and soft, can be repeatedly torn off and pasted, and has no skin residue.
