titleOfInvention | Diagnosis and treatment integrated nanoprobe activated by tumor cells and application thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a diagnosis and treatment integrated nanoprobe activated by tumor cells, which comprises gold nanoparticles, a sulfhydryl-modified oligonucleotide binding sequence and an anti-survivin antisense oligonucleotide, wherein one end of the anti-survivin antisense oligonucleotide is modified with base pairs and disulfide bonds complementary to the oligonucleotide binding sequence, and the other end is modified with a fluorescent dye, wherein the gold nanoparticles are coupled with the sulfhydryl-modified oligonucleotide binding sequence through covalent bonds, and the anti-survivin antisense oligonucleotide and the sulfhydryl-modified oligonucleotide binding sequence are complementarily connected through base groups. The invention also discloses application of the diagnosis and treatment integrated nano probe activated by the tumor cells in serving as a diagnostic agent and/or a therapeutic agent of the tumor cells. The diagnosis and treatment integrated nano probe can perform specific fluorescence diagnosis on tumor cells, has high targeting property, and can realize photo-thermal/gene cooperative treatment while diagnosing. |
