titleOfInvention | Sodium alginate-chitosan dressing loaded with tetrahydrocurcumin nanoparticles and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a sodium alginate-chitosan dressing loaded with tetrahydrocurcumin nano-particles, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-100 parts of tetrahydrocurcumin, 20-2000 parts of polyethylene glycol-polylactic acid block copolymer (MPEG-PLA), 2000 parts of chitosan and 2000 parts of sodium alginate. The invention also provides a preparation method and application of the dressing. The healing-promoting tetrahydrocurcumin nano-particles are added into the sodium alginate-chitosan foam dressing, so that the dressing has the healing-promoting effect of tetrahydrocurcumin, the sodium alginate has high hygroscopicity, no toxicity and low immunogenicity, and the chitosan has good healing-promoting, hemostatic, non-toxic and biodegradable compatibility, is beneficial to the growth and regeneration of wound tissues, has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, accelerates wound healing, is convenient to store and use, and is an extremely excellent medical dressing. |
