Wherein the inner resin layer (14) is made of a polyethylene resin, and the thickness X is set so that the following formula (1) is satisfied when the thickness of the barrier layer (16) is Y and the thickness of the inner resin layer (14) is X. In the formula (1), D is a diffusion coefficient of the polyethylene resin determined by a differential pressure method at 50 ℃.
