The present invention provides a method for preparing an optically active proton pump inhibitor compound, by adding a sulfide having a structure shown in formula (1) or a salt thereof in the presence of a chiral ligand having a structure shown in formula (3) , using iron salts, using hydrogen peroxide for oxidation to prepare optically active sulfoxides or their salts with a structure as shown in formula (2), which can produce high yield, high enantioselectivity, and safety.
