The invention discloses a preparation method of immobilized pectinase taking monodisperse porous polystyrene microspheres as a carrier, relating to the field of immobilized enzyme preparation and comprising the following specific steps: firstly, preparing monodisperse porous polystyrene microspheres by adopting seed swelling polymerization, and adding a proper amount of phthalic acylated chitosan when polystyrene spheres swell to obtain chitosan modified monodisperse porous polystyrene microspheres; and then mixing the immobilized pectinase with a pectinase aqueous solution and a buffer solution, and oscillating to prepare the immobilized pectinase. |
