abstract | The invention discloses a surface-modified silicon-based hydrogel molecularly imprinted kaempferol polymer and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: taking 3-methacryloxy tri (trimethylsiloxy) silane and bis-3-methacryloxy propyl tetramethyl disiloxane as raw materials, adding a cross-linking agent and an initiator, and synthesizing silicon-based hydrogel by an ultraviolet irradiation method; grafting and modifying silicon-based hydrogel on the surface; and thirdly, synthesizing the molecularly imprinted polymer with the kaempferol selectively identified by using the silicon-based hydrogel modified by maleic anhydride, taking the kaempferol as a template molecule, acrylamide as a functional monomer and N, N' -methylene bisacrylamide as a cross-linking agent. And performing performance characterization on the prepared product and performing a selective identification experiment. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple to operate, mild in reaction, good in mechanical property of the obtained product, good in light transmission, good in selective identification effect on kaempferol, and wide in application prospect in the field of contact lenses. |
