The tetradentate ring metal palladium (II) complex phosphorescent material containing a five-membered heteroaromatic ring of the present invention has strong molecular rigidity, can effectively reduce the energy consumed by molecular vibration, has high phosphorescent quantum efficiency, and is chemically and thermally stable. It has good properties and can be used as the light-emitting layer of organic light-emitting devices.
