The chlorin artesunate conjugate with light and sound-sensitizing activities of the present invention has different degrees of inhibitory effects on human liver cancer cell Hep G2 in the evaluation of anti-tumor activity in vitro. The photoactivity and ultrasound activity were higher than those of chlorin e6 and artesunate as positive controls respectively. It can be used for the preparation of photosensitizer and sound sensitizer in photodynamic therapy and sonodynamic therapy of tumor treatment. |
