abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of a triblock polymer micelle, which comprises the following steps: (1) reacting chitosan oligosaccharide with dithiodipropionic acid under the action of an activator to obtain a first intermediate; (2) reacting the first intermediate with polyethyleneimine under the action of an activating agent to obtain a second intermediate; (3) reacting the second intermediate with imidazole acrylic acid under the action of an activating agent to obtain the triblock polymer; (4) and (4) dissolving the triblock polymer obtained in the step (3) in water to obtain the triblock polymer micelle. The triblock polymer micelle has excellent tissue permeability and enhanced permeation and retention effects, so that the triblock polymer micelle has a natural passive targeting effect and provides a new candidate system for the development of nano-carriers. |
