abstract | The purpose of the present invention is to provide a device and a method that can grasp a pharmacokinetic integral image in vitro by determining the distribution ratio of a drug administered to a cell by quantifying the vascular (Basal/Basal) side excretion portion, luminal (luminal) side excretion portion, and intracellular retention portion of each portion. As an example, there is provided a component analyzing apparatus including a holding unit for holding a plurality of containers for holding a hepatocyte tissue, an analyzing unit for measuring a component supplied to the plurality of containers and analyzing the measured component; the plurality of containers include at least a 1 st container and a2 nd container, the 1 st container holds a 1 st solution that contains a substance that releases adhesion between a plurality of cells that form the hepatocyte tissue, the 2 nd container holds a buffer solution, and the analysis unit measures an amount of the component discharged from the hepatocyte tissue in the 1 st container into the 1 st solution and an amount of the component discharged from the hepatocyte tissue in the 2 nd container into the 2 nd container, and analyzes the amount of the component discharged through a bile duct in the hepatocyte tissue. |
