titleOfInvention | Target sequence complementary quenching probe for detecting beta globin gene point mutation and kit thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a target sequence complementary quenching probe for detecting beta globin gene point mutation and a kit thereof. The beta-thalassemia point mutation genotype of a detected sample is detected by enriching a target sequence of a human beta globin gene mutation site through an asymmetric specific PCR single-stranded DNA template and performing molecular hybridization and melting analysis of a specific fluorescent probe. The kit has good sensitivity and accuracy for detecting the wild type and the mutant type of the beta-thalassemia mutation site, has good repeatability and stability, and is completely suitable for clinical detection of the beta-thalassemia mutation site. |
