titleOfInvention | Screening method and application method of degradable feather strain |
abstract | The invention provides a method for screening a degradable feather strain, which comprises the specific steps of taking a soil sample from a site where dead chicken carcasses are stacked in a chicken farm; enriching; primary screening; re-screening; separation and purification: observing the growth condition of microbial strains on the solid screening plate, selecting the dominant strain with the best growth, and selecting a single bacterial colony for plate streaking; and carrying out streak culture to obtain a single colony, namely the degradable feather strain ABTNL-4. The invention also provides an application method of the degradable feather strain, feather powder is used as a unique carbon source and a unique nitrogen source to prepare a fermentation medium, the degradable feather strain ABTNL-4 is added into the fermentation medium, and the feather degradation can be realized at 37 ℃. The degradation rate of the feather can reach 95 percent, the feather is degraded by a microbiological method, compared with the feather degraded by a physical and chemical method, the method has the advantages of mild reaction conditions, less energy consumption, economy, environmental protection, avoidance of loss of most amino acids and improvement of absorbability and utilization of the feather degradation products. |
