The outer cover material comprises: polypropylene, polyethylene, cycloolefin copolymer, vinyl elastomer, auxiliary crosslinking elastomer, crosslinking initiator, auxiliary crosslinking agent, lubricant and antioxidant. The method comprises the steps of uniformly mixing polypropylene, polyethylene, vinyl elastomer, auxiliary crosslinking agent and antioxidant, carrying out melt kneading in a double-screw extruder, uniformly mixing a crosslinking initiator and a lubricant, adding the mixture into the double-screw extruder, finally adding the cycloolefin copolymer into the double-screw extruder, carrying out continuous extrusion, cooling, drying and granulating to obtain the outer cover material with high rigidity and low opening force. The outer cover material has the following advantages: excellent low-temperature toughness, high rigidity and low pull ring opening force, and is suitable for preparing pull ring type outer covers, in particular to pull ring type outer covers for infusion packaging. |
