titleOfInvention Method for preparing PDMS substrate for promoting blood compatibility
abstract The invention relates to surface modification of biomaterials, in particular to a surface modification method based on good adhesion of dopamine and PDMS (polydimethylsiloxane), and meanwhile, hyaluronic acid has good blood compatibility, and the dopamine and the hyaluronic acid can be integrated through hydrogen bonds and electrostatic interaction. Therefore, based on the above characteristics, dopamine is firstly attached to PDMS, and then hyaluronic acid is modified under corresponding conditions. A series of characterization experiments prove that the PDMS substrate prepared by the method not only has good anticoagulation effect, but also has good blood compatibility. And the PDMS material modified by dopamine and hyaluronic acid is expected to be used as a substrate material for medical device material research.
