titleOfInvention | Novel water-soluble natural polysaccharide antibacterial material and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a novel water-soluble natural polysaccharide antibacterial material. The novel water-soluble natural polysaccharide antibacterial material has guanidino and amino acid groups on molecules, improves the antibacterial performance of chitosan, gives consideration to the biological safety, has low cytotoxicity and is a green antibacterial product. The invention also discloses a method for preparing the material, which comprises the following steps: 1) dissolving chitosan into a dilute acid solution to obtain a dilute acid aqueous solution of chitosan; 2) adding cyanamide or dicyandiamide into the dilute acid aqueous solution of the chitosan obtained in the step 1) for reaction; 3) adding the amino acid activation solution into the reaction system in the step 2) for amidation; 4) adding hydroxylamine hydrochloride to terminate the reaction; 5) and filtering the reaction solution, dialyzing with deionized water, and performing microwave vacuum drying treatment to obtain the novel water-soluble natural polysaccharide antibacterial material. The method can be prepared in a reaction kettle by one-time reaction, and the used main raw materials are abundant in source and low in price, so that the method is suitable for industrial production. |
