titleOfInvention | Difluoromethyl aldehyde hydrazone compound and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a difluoromethylated aldehyde hydrazone compound and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: vacuumizing a reactor, introducing argon for replacement, sequentially adding a photosensitizer, alkali, an additive, an aldehyde derivative, a hydrazine derivative, a difluoromethyl reagent and a solvent, and reacting at normal temperature for 12-24 hours under the irradiation of light; after the reaction is finished, removing the solvent by rotary evaporation to obtain a crude product, dissolving the crude product in dichloromethane, and performing silica gel column chromatography to obtain the difluoromethyl substituted difluoromethyl aldehyde hydrazone compound. The method of the invention takes clean and sustainable visible light as energy, does not need to use expensive and toxic ruthenium and iridium pyridine complex, and can realize the difluoromethylation of aldehyde hydrazone compounds by one step through simple operation steps. |
