The compound has a structure shown in general formula I; wherein, R 1 and R 2 are H or -CH 3 ; X includes but is not limited to the following structures: -OH, -COOH, -CONH 2 , -C≡CH, -CH 2 OH, -CH 2 COOH, -CH 2 CONH 2 , -CH 2 C≡CH, -CH 2 OCH 2 C≡CH, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkenyl-containing alkyl, C1-C6 alkynyl-containing alkyl. This type of drug can target the hypoxic area of the tumor and be reduced by specific enzymes highly expressed in the hypoxic tumor tissue, thereby releasing the original drug. The compound provided by the invention can be connected with a ligand, and can be applied to the research of a drug delivery system to improve the solubility of a drug, improve targeting, reduce toxic and side effects, and enhance antitumor efficacy.
