titleOfInvention | Chemical synthesis method of structure-customizable 1, 2-di-fatty glyceride |
abstract | The invention discloses a chemical synthesis method of structure-customizable 1, 2-di-fatty glyceride, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: (a) weighing a certain amount of 3-chloroglycerin and sodium acetate, and adding the 3-chloroglycerin and the sodium acetate into a reactor with a reflux condensing device to obtain glycerol monoacetate; (b) in the presence of an alkali catalyst, selecting the type of fatty acid methyl ester of the biodiesel according to customized requirements, and heating and refluxing the glycerol monoacetate and the biodiesel in an organic solvent to obtain triglyceride; (c) dissolving the triglyceride obtained in the previous step into a proper amount of methanol, adding potassium carbonate, reacting at room temperature, extracting by an organic solvent, and recrystallizing to obtain the high-purity (> 90%) 1, 2-difatty glyceride. The invention has simple synthetic route, simple post-treatment and high total yield (> 75%), and can effectively synthesize the 1, 2-fatty glyceride. |
