titleOfInvention Method for recovering phenylacetic acid from penicillin potassium lysate
abstract The invention relates to a method for recovering phenylacetic acid from a penicillin potassium lysate, belonging to the technical field of pharmacy. The invention relates to a method for recovering phenylacetic acid from penicillin potassium lysate, which comprises the steps of extracting the penicillin potassium lysate by using an organic solvent, decoloring an organic phase by using activated carbon, alkalifying by using a sodium hydroxide solution, oxidizing an obtained alkalified water phase by using hydrogen peroxide, decoloring by using activated carbon to obtain a sodium phenylacetate water solution with lighter color, acidifying and crystallizing by using concentrated sulfuric acid, washing by using cold water, and drying to obtain the phenylacetic acid. The obtained phenylacetic acid product has high quality, does not have waste which is difficult to treat in the recovery process, and is suitable for large-scale application.
