abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a silver nanosheet aggregate thin film material, which comprises the following steps: sputtering gold nanoparticles on the surface of a clean substrate to obtain a growth template; taking a copper salt solution as a precursor, and carrying out electrochemical deposition of copper foil on the surface of the growth template to obtain a copper-plated template; sputtering gold nanoparticles on the surface of the copper-plated template to obtain a crystal nucleus template; and (3) soaking the crystal nucleus template in a silver acetate-ethanol water mixed solution for reaction, taking out, and cleaning to obtain the silver nanosheet aggregate thin film material. The invention also discloses a silver nanosheet aggregate thin film material. The invention also discloses an application of the silver nanosheet aggregate thin film material. The silver nanosheet aggregate thin film material has a large-scale uniform petal-shaped silver nanosheet structure with a rough surface, and can be used for rapid detection of drugs by taking the silver nanosheet aggregate thin film material as an SERS substrate. |
