titleOfInvention Method for treating carbon roasting flue gas
abstract A method for treating carbon roasting flue gas relates to improvement of a method for removing carbon roasting flue gas in prebaked anode production, in particular to a method for removing benzo (a) pyrene in carbon roasting flue gas. The treatment method comprises the steps of purifying the flue gas discharged from the carbon roasting furnace by using an electric tar precipitator, and feeding the purified flue gas into a flue gas desulfurization system for purification; the method is characterized in that: (1) adding a benzo (a) pyrene collecting agent into flue gas discharged from a carbon roasting furnace, and then purifying the flue gas in a tar device; (2) when the flue gas enters a flue gas desulfurization system for purification, a benzo (a) pyrene cosolvent is added into the desulfurization slurry. According to the treatment method, the collecting agent is added into the flue gas from the carbon roasting furnace, so that the capability of the electrical tar precipitator for collecting and removing benzo (a) pyrene is improved; adding a benzo (a) pyrene cosolvent into the desulfurization slurry, removing the benzo (a) pyrene contained in the flue gas while desulfurizing, and finally realizing the standard emission of the benzo (a) pyrene in the roasting flue gas.
