The amino acid sequence of the L-type litopenaeus vannamei lectin LecV is shown in SEQ ID NO. 2. The L-type litopenaeus vannamei lectin LecV has the functions of agglutinating bacteria and quickly removing the bacteria in bodies of the litopenaeus vannamei, so that the L-type litopenaeus vannamei lectin LecV participates in a prawn immune regulation and control mechanism, the research on the prawn immune regulation and control mechanism is promoted, a reliable genetic marker is provided for breeding prawn varieties with disease resistance and stress resistance properties, and a new target site can be provided for the genetic improvement of the litopenaeus vannamei.
