abstract The invention discloses an organic small molecule donor photovoltaic material containing fluorine-banded benzotriazole, a preparation method and an application thereof. The structural formula of the organic small molecule donor photovoltaic material is shown in formula I, where X is H or F; Z is O, S or Se; R 1 , R 2 and R 3 are all independently selected from H, C1 ‑C30alkyl, C3‑C30cycloalkyl, C1‑C30alkoxy, C1‑C30alkylthio, haloC1‑C30alkyl, haloC3‑C30cycloalkyl and haloC1‑C30alkoxy base; A 1 and A 2 are organic conjugated units; n is a natural number between 1 and 10. The application of the organic photoelectric compound in the following functional energy devices also belongs to the protection scope of the present invention: solar cells, field effect transistors, organic light emitting diodes and photovoltaic devices. The organic photoelectric compound provided by the invention has simple synthesis steps, easy purification and definite structure, and the organic photovoltaic device prepared with the organic photoelectric material in the invention has superior photovoltaic performance, and its photoelectric conversion efficiency can reach 9.5%.
