titleOfInvention | Anti-blue light attenuation display device and display device |
abstract | This embodiment relates to a display device and a display device with anti-blue light attenuation. The light emitting layer of the anti-blue light attenuation display device has a blue light emitting composite layer, and the blue light emitting composite layer includes at least two blue light emitting sublayers and at least one charge generating layer. In the display device with anti-blue light attenuation, the blue light emitting layer is set as a composite structure composed of multiple layers of blue light emitting sublayers and charge generating layers alternately stacked and connected in series. Each individual blue light emitting sublayer in the blue light emitting composite layer needs to have a much lower brightness, so that the voltage applied to the individual blue light emitting sublayer and the current density through it will be much smaller, eventually making each individual blue light emitting sublayer much smaller. The attenuation of the blue light material in the blue light emitting sublayer is much slower, which can ultimately effectively solve the problem of faster blue light attenuation in the entire display device, and improve the service life and luminescence stability of the blue light emitting composite layer. |
