abstract |
The invention provides an immune colloidal gold test strip for detecting circulating antigens of porcine toxoplasmosis and a preparation method thereof. Colloidal gold immunochromatography technology is used to detect circulating antigens in the blood of porcine toxoplasma gondii. Two monoclonal antibodies against the surface antigen SAG3 of Toxoplasma gondii were prepared respectively. The test strip had no cross-reaction with two positive sera of Cysticercosis suis, so the specificity was strong; it was biologically safe, and the preparation of the gold standard pad The two monoclonal antibodies against Toxoplasma gondii antigen SAG3 are used for the coating of the T line and the goat anti-mouse antibody for the C line, both of which are non-toxic and will not cause environmental pollution. |
